Fuyi Li

Principal & Founder

Mr. Li, a Chinese national, has extensive knowledge in the financial and professional world. Prior to founding PY, he worked in China for a multi-million-dollar company where he managed over 200 employees and had access to $10 million which he used to deal with all financial transactional on the buy and sell side. While working there he helped the company grow from the ground up, he was in charge of the logistic, safety, security and the marketing departments. Mr. Li also had exposure in managing approximately $300,000 where he gained experience in the Asset Allocation, Sector Allocation and investing in stocks. Mr. Li has sufficient resources in China; he has decided to focus solely on the film industry. Mr. Li has an entrepreneur mindset, driving him to succeed in the financial world. Mr. Li is very aggressive and proactive on making sure everything runs smoothly while taking everyone’s thought into consideration. Mr. Li’s analytical and communication skills are very strong in this industry and as a result give him the power to find and close deals. Mr.Li graduated from Adelphi University with his Bachelors of Science in Finance from the Robert B. Willumstad School of Business.

Jack Shi

Managing Partner

Mr. Shi, graduated from NYU Stern School of Business with dual concentration on finance and economics. Spent one year at one of China’s largest IB, GTJA, on the team of merger and acquisition, and was primarily responsible for sourcing and bringing in new deals. He is also a licensed Uniform Investment Advisor. Born in Shanghai, raised in Edmonton, lived in NYC for college and did his exchange program in HKUST, one of the leading business schools in Asia, and now lives between Vancouver and Toronto, Jack truly has a worldwide network to offer. 

Operation Director

Anton Lam

Mr. Lam holds a B.S. in Operation Research, Engineering Management System from Columbia University, with a focus in IOS development and quantitive financial analysis. Mr. Lam came from a diverse background with extensive experience in cultural business. Having programming backgrounds in Java, Python, C++, HTML and swift, Mr.Lam founded an art distribution company for local artists to share original arts and creative products in college. Lived in Europe, Hong Kong and United States and fluent in 3 different languages, Mr. Lam is capable to connect people of different talents together for successful operation. Also, with extensive practice in optimization and business analysis, Mr. Lam is capable to maximize investment return with risk-averse stimulation models and develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders by ensuring technical feasibility.
